At The Hijab Company, we want you to feel confident and beautiful in your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 14-day return and exchange policy for all unworn items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully place the hijabs and accessories in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the items are in unworn condition.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 days of your request.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method or your exchange will be shipped out within 3-5 business days.
